Some people choose to remove the date from their WordPress blog posts for various reasons:

• Timeless Content: They want their content to appear evergreen and relevant regardless of when it was published. Without a date, readers are less likely to judge the content based on its age.
• Focus on Quality: Removing the date can shift the focus from when the content was published to the quality and relevance of the information itself.
• Consistency: If a blog covers topics that are not time-sensitive or regularly updated, removing dates can help maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Avoiding Outdated Perceptions: Posts with dates can sometimes give the impression that the content is outdated, especially if the date is several years old.
• Aesthetic Reasons: Some people prefer the cleaner look of their blog without the clutter of dates.

You can duplicate all kinds of categories,posts, pages, and widgets, and just go to the desired path and click on duplicate. We have shown this in the screenshot of the guide below.

The WordPress Xtra theme has options for SEO that are introduced below:

Theme Options > General > SEO > SEO & Title tags.

To use more options, you can install special SEO plugins such as Yoast, All in one seo ,…

Under Theme Options > General  > Share Icons > Post type you can manage the display of sharing icons. You can activate or deactivate the icons in the posts and product page and also add or remove the media.

Also, in this section, you can see the settings for Tiltle, Color mode, Tooltip, Inline Title and StylKits, and customize share icons.

Under Theme Options > Homepage Settings you can find and change your homepage settings and set custom page for posts.

1. Type of display – You can choose to display posts in front page or custom homepage.
2. Homepage – You can set custom page for your website homepage
3. Posts Page – You can set custom blog page for showing your blog posts.

• Homepage – You can create a custom page from Dashboard > Pages and with page builder add any elements you want.
  
  
• Posts Page – Create an empty page and assign it here to have custom page for showing your blog posts.

Under Theme Options > Blog > Blog Settings you can find and manage your blog posts settings, template, excerpt length, excerpt type, etc..

1. StyleKits – Customize any part of blog archive styling for posts, title, image, etc.
2. Read More Icon – Choose read more icon from icons library
3. Others – Read more and pagination StyleKits, pagination will affects on all post types

• Hover Icon – You can enable hover icon from Theme Options > Blog > Blog Settings

Under Theme Options > Blog > Blog Settings you can find and manage your blog posts settings, template, excerpt length, excerpt type, etc..

1. Sidebar – Choose sidebar position for archive and single blog pages
2. Template – Choose archive blog posts template
3. Hover Icon – Will show icon on mouse hover over posts image
4. Excerpt Length – Limit characters or words for post description
5. Excerpt Type – You can change excerpt length type by characters or words
6. Excerpt Dots – Post excerpt continue, default is three dots
7. 2x Height Image – Will change post featured image height size 2x bigger
8. Read More – Translation for read more button title
9. Not Found Message – Translation for posts not found messages
10. Comments Disable Message – Translation of when comments are disabled

• Custom Template – If you create a custom page from Dashboard > Pages and insert Posts Grid element inside it and publish, then from Blog settings you can set it as custom blog page.

• Cursor image – You can set custom cursor on images hover
• Cursor Size and Position – If you set custom cursor, then you can select best size for it
• Advanced tab – Responsive, Animation, Parallax, etc.

To change number of posts per page for blog archive and taxonomy pages, Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and you can find number of posts for blog and posts feed.

• Which pages? – This option will apply on all archive pages, such as Blog archive, taxonomy archive, search posts, etc.
