1. Go to www.xtratheme.com
2. From menu click on My account
3. In My Account page find Purchase history
4. Click on View and Download button

1. Find XTRA Installable File and download file
2. Find XTRA Child Theme and download file

1. Go to your website Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
2. Click on Add New Theme

1. Click on Upload Theme button
2. Choose ZIP file
3. Click on Install Now button
4. Wait until WordPress installing theme

1. Click on Activate link
2. Wait until WordPress redirect you to Welcome Page

Repeat steps 3-4-5 for installing and activating child theme, then in child theme you can modify or add any codes and files.

After activating the XTRA theme, you will see the message that tells you to install required plugins, click on Begin Installing Plugins or if you can’t see that message, Go to Appearance > Install plugins and start installing all the plugins

2. Change dropdown to Install property
3. Click on Apply button
4. Wait for all the plugins to install

3. Click on Apply button
4. Wait for all the plugins to activate

According to WordPress official web site, To run WordPress they recommended your host supports:

1. PHP version 8.3 or greater (PHP 7.4 still supported)
2. MySQL 8 or greater OR MariaDB 10.6 or greater
3. The mod_rewrite Apache module
4. PHP memory limit 256M and max_execution_time 30

4. Click on Download button
5. Click on Installable WordPress file only

• Open text file and copy purchase code

• Login to your site and go to XTRA menu and activate your theme with license code

This error means your old plugin is not deleted correctly and plugin folder already exist and WordPress can’t install new plugin.

Solution:

1. Connect to your FTP
2. Go to wp-content > plugins
3. Find plugin folder which showing error
4. Delete it then go back to admin area and try to install plugin

1. Go to Dashboard > Plugins
2. Deactivate WPBakery plugin
3. Delete WPBakery plugin
4. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins
5. Install new WPBakery plugin

• Other solution – XTRA theme provides automatic updates and by visiting Dashboard > Updates you can see new update of plugins and theme, click on update button you can update any of them.

If you are installing your theme from the WordPress theme installer, but get a message that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” , this means that your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload.

Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 10 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.

There are two ways to solve this problem.

• You can either get your web host to increase your upload_max_filesize to 16M.
• You can upload the extracted theme package via an FTP client to wp-content/themes directory.
  
  

You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo().

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

• max_execution_time 120
• memory_limit 256M
• post_max_size 16M
• upload_max_filesize 16M

They are required for dummy data installation.
