1. Once go to Dashboard > Pages > All Pages.
2. Edit a page that you want.
3. click on the arrow next to the “Update” button at the bottom of the Elementor panel and Select “Save as Template” from the dropdown menu.
4. A popup will appear where you can name your template. Give it a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later then Click the “Save” button to store the template.
5. To use the template on another page, go to the page you want to edit with Elementor.
6. Click on the folder icon in the Elementor editor to open the “My Templates” library.
7. Select the template you saved earlier and click “Insert.”
8. Click On the “Apply” button.
9. The entire design will be imported into the new page, click on the “Publish” button.

• Or create a new saved template (without saving from any other page) and then add it to the destination page.

If after importing a demo in our WordPress theme you change your mind and want to import a different demo, you must completely clean the previous demo before importing the new one. This cleaning process can be done through the theme panel, and the path is shown in the screenshot below. Please note that all site content will be deleted during this process Dashboard > XTRA > Uninstall

If you want to reset all your WordPress data including posts, pages, settings, menus, and etc. You can also use a reset plugin, such as WP Reset, for this purpose.

In a Page/Post/Portfolio, you can create a saved template from a section you are considering and import it into another Page/Post/Portfolio.

Under Theme Options > Backup / Restore you can reset theme options or download backup and save it for import in future or on another website.

1. Import a Backup – Paste your theme options encoded data and click on button.
2. Export and Download – You can download backup or copy encoded text and save it.
3. Reset All Options – Will reset all theme options and there is no undo button.

After finding your demo in demos list and click on import button, You will see a demo wizard like the following shot, then click on the next step button.

In the next wizard step you need to choose page builder.

Demo importer may take up to 10 minutes to import the demo, it depends on your server speed. If you faced any problem during importing demo content, you can do it again up to 3 times, But if still have problem with importing demo, you can contact with out support center.

First make sure your theme and codevz plus plugin both are up to date, If your demo importer fails or only some parts not imported successfully, then you can try again demo importer wizard. For example if you noticed that slider not imported on your website, then you can try demo importer wizard again but this time in the configuration step only select Slider revolution from custom import checkboxes and then run importer.

According to WordPress requirements make sure you are using PHP 8.3 or above, If the import stalls and fails to respond after a few minutes, or it fails with a simple error message like “Import failed,” You are suffering from PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

• max_execution_time 300
• memory_limit 256M
• post_max_size 16M
• upload_max_filesize 16M

You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin found here. And you can also check your PHP error logs to see the exact error being returned.

1. Demo data installed correctly, but there’s no imges? You either forgot to import attachments when installing demo data, or your server is configured to not allow incoming attachments. You’ll need to go through the theme, posts, portfolios and set featured images accordingly.
2. Seeing a red warning where a revolution slider should be? You just need to import the demo slider included in your themes demo data folder provided in your package.
3. No Menus?! Help! This is simple, go to appearance -> menus and set your registered menus to a theme location.
4. I’m getting 404 errors on posts & pages! Go to Settings > Permalinks and save permalinks structure.

For importing the specific page of any demos you should first activate your theme with a valid purchase code.

Before importing any page you should choose a correct demo compatible with your page builder, Xtra has a two page builders: Elementor & WPBakery

If you see elementor in the page URL, it is a Elementor version of that page, for e.g.

Copy the URL of your wanted page from xtratheme.com (make sure that you are on right place, URL must contains xtratheme.com)

Paste it in Dashboard > Xtra > Page Importer

For e.g. we want to import this page:

Click on import and wait for result

Page imported to your pages successfully and you can find it in your pages list.

For importing the Elementor version of each demo you should first activate your theme with a valid purchase code.

After activation you can import demo website from Dashboard > Xtra > Demo import

You can search and find the desired demo from our list of demos

After selecting the demo you can click on “Next Step”

In the next step, you can select the page builder that you want to work with it for website building.

In the next step, you can select “Full import” or partial custom import, We recommended using full import to have the same website as our demo website.

Click on Next Step and wait for importing procedure, it will take up to 10 minutes in slow servers.

After importing is done, you will have a website like our demo with Elementor page builder.
